Shipping Products
PACKTECH IKE ships its products in the following ways:
- With trucks of the company
- With cooperating transport companies
- Pick up from our headquarters or our branch
Our orders are executed in 1-3 working days. In any case, the order processing department will inform you about the progress of your order (by phone or email).
Deliveries are made on working days between 08.00 - 16.00.
Routes with vehicles of our company are made in the counties: Thessaloniki, Kilkis, Imathia & Pella.

Receipt & Return of Products
Our company takes every possible measure to ensure that all products are carefully packed in order to reach the sender without damage. Upon receipt of your order, you must check that the products correspond to your order and that there is no damage to the products, otherwise you must report this immediately.
You must inform the company on the same day or the next day at the latest for any observations such as defective products, incorrect quantity, etc. The company reserves the right not to accept any request made outside this period and is exempt from liability to the Customer, with the result that you are deemed to have accepted the products as they were at the time of delivery and any change cannot be accepted. If the above is complied with and if the products are defective, the company will replace your order. The products must be in their original condition, with their original packaging. The shipping costs in case of a defective product will be borne by our company. If our company determines that the products are defective, the company may refund your money or may replace the products at the expense of our company.
